1. Digital Products & Online Courses

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of eBooks, templates, downloads, digital trainings, or online courses are final and non-refundable once accessed or delivered, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Exceptions:

If the product is defective or inaccessible due to a system error on our part, we may issue a refund or provide an alternative access solution at our discretion.

Any exception requests must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of purchase.

2. Subscriptions & Membership Programs

Subscriptions or memberships (including GHL-powered services) billed on a monthly or annual basis can be canceled at any time.

Refund Eligibility:

Monthly Subscriptions: Non-refundable once payment is processed. You will retain access until the end of your billing cycle.

Annual Subscriptions: May be eligible for a pro-rated refund if cancellation is requested within the first 14 days of the subscription period.

3. One-on-One Services & Consulting

For services such as 1:1 coaching, consulting, or custom work:

Deposits and retainers are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session to reschedule without penalty.

No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable and may forfeit the session.

4. Promotional Offers & Discounted Bundles

Refunds are not available for bundled offers, flash sales, or promotional discounts. These are considered final sale and cannot be retroactively applied to past purchases or exchanged for credit.
